The hotel had a nice Zen style in the rooms, but even an upgrade wouldn't provide the expected amenities. The overall design was pleasant, although some basic features were missing. The service was slow at times but friendly and helpful, adding to a seamless experience. The location was beautiful, offering great views day and night and excellent guidance on nearby places to visit, including renowned beach clubs. The dining experience, with healthy and delicious options, was a favorite despite occasional delays. The facilities were adequate but lacked certain basic amenities.
